This was a really interesting book that I picked up and read one day a couple weeks ago. It’s really made me think a lot about the various groups and teams I’m involved in and the way they function. I think the best of example I’ve seen of a “team” lately is a local group of triathletes we know. They take the team model way beyond racing and make it personal.
Still working on reading (and will always be working on applying) this one.

I like books with short segments to pick up while I’m stuck at the computer editing video for days on end. So, this has been a good one to get a page here and there read while I’m waiting on the computer to render special effects.
