One of the best things about “settling down” over the last year has been picking up a few hobbies. Since I already told you about triathlons, I thought I’d introduce my other little “hobby”…..Izze, my 4 pound Yorkie. Rescued from a life of privilege, we’ve slowly begun ridding her of her showdog tendencies and have introduced her to life in the middle class. Although we discovered she loves the surf, she’s not great at kayaking. After threatening to mutiny, she decided she’d just settle down and enjoy someone else doing all the work.
As a reward for good behavior, Izze and Joel bond over her favorite, “All Dogs Go To Heaven.”
